The following terms and conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts for sale and supply of the company’s services and materials. By purchasing an item from Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

About Us

Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails supplies our BEST Natural Wheat and Grain Free range of hypoallergenic, complete and nutritionally balanced dry food for dogs and cats directly to pet owners, or via groomers, local pet stores, dog trainers and the like, via our online store at www.brighteyes-bushytails.co.uk 

Our range of pet food products is complimented by other pet or animal related items.

Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our terms and conditions of business. These terms and conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

The display of goods on the Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails unless, and until, an email is sent by Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully received.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails of your offer to buy goods or services from Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in Terms

Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails web site.

Online Purchasing

To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please add the items to your shopping basket, then follow the easy checkout instructions.

Payment Terms
We accept payment by PayPal only.  You can use your credit card to pay through Paypal if you do not have a Paypal account. No goods shall pass from the company to the customer unless and until the customer has made full and complete payment to the company and such funds are cleared.

Delivery
Fast delivery on all items to mainland UK addresses. (Please note we do not ship to PO boxes and BFPO addresses). Our usual delivery time shall be 2-3 working days from receipt of payment unless a specific delivery time is stated within the item description. Areas outside of Hampshire, especially Northern Ireland and UK offshore islands may incur a postage surcharge (please ask before purchasing).

No Overseas deliveries at this time.

You will be kept informed of the progress of your order. Once the item has left us we are in the hands of the carrier and rely on them to attain the target delivery time. We do supply contact details for the carrier upon the order being dispatched and please contact our office if you need us to chase a delivery.

IMPORTANT – IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED AND NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OR WE CAN NOT MAKE A CLAIM FOR MISSING/DAMAGED GOODS AND CAN NOT REPLACE THEM FREE OF CHARGE.

Customer service representatives are available from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday and they will endeavour to answer any queries as soon as possible. Outside these times, customer service enquiries will be queued and answered at the first available time, in the order in which they were received.

Guarantee / Returns
Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails guarantees that should products be in any significant way different from that advertised, to refund any monies paid by the customer upon return of the item/s, subject to the notification in writing of such to Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails within 24 hours of delivery of the goods, and the return of such goods to Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails within 2 working days thereof.

IMPORTANT – IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT AS DAMAGED AND NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OR WE CAN NOT MAKE A CLAIM FOR MISSING/DAMAGED GOODS AND CAN NOT REPLACE THEM FREE OF CHARGE.

Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to damage to the product by the customer.

No items for return can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.

Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred through the inappropriate or incorrect use of the products

Non-receipt

Non-receipt of goods must be reported to the company in writing within 10 working days of order date. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure prices, descriptions, images and all other information is correct, Bright Eyes – Bushy Tails reserves the right to amend/delete any information as required.
